Appointments
If you would like to schedule an appointment, then please contact our office by phone, email or through the link on our website. If you have a dental emergency, then we will make sure that you are seen as a matter of urgency, usually on the same day, even if you have not visited our practice before.
Financial Matters
We participate with Delta Dental Premier Insurance, but are willing to work with other insurance policies. For those we will help you submit your insurance forms ensuring you get the most benefits from your coverage. It’s our policy to do our best to help patients afford the dental work they require. If you have significant dental needs, we will develop a treatment plan and work out payment arrangements to achieve that goal. Our office accepts cash, checks, major credit cards and Care Credit.
Our Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so that we may offer your appointment to another patient. We reserve the right to charge a fee to those patients who miss appointments without giving sufficient notice. We respect that your time is important, and ask that you return this courtesy.
